1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Cubicle Caviar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay. We make reasonable efforts to display product contents accurately, but minor variations may occur.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the contiguous United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

See our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Opened kits are generally non-returnable unless defective. Corporate orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
