Return & Refund Policy

Standard Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged items in original packaging. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label for defective items. For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Opened Kits

Because our kits are curated and assembled by hand, opened kits are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or fulfillment error (wrong item, missing item, damaged item). If you receive a defective or incorrect order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We may ask for a photo of the damage for our records.

Corporate Orders

Corporate orders are non-refundable once production has begun. We confirm all order details — quantity, customization, delivery addresses — before starting production. Please review your confirmation carefully. If there is a fulfillment error on our part, we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened kits (unless defective), custom or personalized orders, and corporate orders in production are not eligible for return.
