Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Standard orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak gifting seasons (Q4 November–December, Admin Professionals Week), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Methods and Estimates

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on destination and package size. Standard ground shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. If you have a specific need, contact us at [email protected].

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping to a Gift Recipient

You can ship directly to a gift recipient by entering their address at checkout. We do not include pricing information inside any shipment. Add a personal note in the gift message field at checkout and we'll include a printed card.

Corporate Multi-Address Shipping

For corporate orders shipping to multiple addresses, provide a shipping list (name, address, any personalization notes per recipient) when you submit your inquiry. Multi-address fulfillment is available for orders of 10+ units.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your building's mail area first. If the package is genuinely lost, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
