When you place an order or submit a corporate inquiry, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We may also collect your email address if you subscribe to The Desk Edit newsletter.
We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and — if you've opted in — send occasional marketing emails. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share your information with anyone except service providers necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).
We use cookies to maintain session state and improve site performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) cannot be opted out of as they are necessary for order fulfillment.
We retain order records for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Email subscriber records are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].
